We are looking for top Young Leaders to further their development on the Eastern Counties Rugby Union Young Leaders Training & Volunteering Days
WHAT IS THE ECRU YOUNG LEADERS TRAINING & VOLUNTEER DAY?
The ECRU Young Leaders Training & Volunteering Camp is a Leadership programme that hosts the best 16-19 year old young leaders within Rugby Union across the county.
Young leaders from across the 3 Eastern countys will gather at either:
Swaffham RFC on Monday the 29th October
Shelford RFC on Wednesday the 31st October
Sudbury RFC Friday the 2nd November
The training focuses on the development of leadership skills through Rugby Union,
After the training Camp, the Young Leaders will go on to join their County team and lead volunteer Rugby projects & activities at their local clubs, schools, colleges or Universities.
Further training and opportunities will be offered to active young leaders making a difference to rugby.
Each day will run from 10am until 8pm. Lunch refreshments and supper will be provided
WHAT WILL I BE DOING DURING THE TRAINING?
The training will be run by staff from the Rugby Football Union and the programme offers a range of leadership activities and workshops,
